Please complete the information by clicking here and we will Email you a packet with your seller number and the program to fill out your inventory of items for sale. A seller’s # will allow up to 200 items to be sold, if needed you can request a second number.  There is a $7.00 fee for each number assigned to seller, which will be deducted when we cut your check of items sold.  The $7.00 helps off-set our expenses to advertise for you.

Children's 2010 Spring and Summer Consignment Sale

Sale Dates:     Friday, March 26th, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 27th, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Preview:Thursday, March 25th                 
Volunteers shop at 4:30 p.m.

Shopping: 
Sellers shop at 5:30 p.m.
Preview shopping ends at 8:00 p.m.
Volunteers shop early and childcare is provided while you work
If you need childcare, please send an e-mail to littleangelsrepeats@bellsouth.net with the # of children, ages, and work shift date and time. Childcare space is limited; please sign up for your preferred shift early. Childcare will not be available for volunteers on Saturday, March 27th.

Drop-off:Tuesday, March 23rd and Wednesday, March 24th.
You will be contacted once you register to schedule a drop off time.
*Price changes not permitted after tickets are printed. No tickets from previous sales can be used.
We will be inspecting everything at drop-off, so please allow for time while your items are being checked.
Have your clothes sorted by gender and size. If you have 200 or more items, please schedule 2 time slots at same time, (slot 1 at 3:00, slot 2 at 3:00)

Pick-up:Saturday, March 27th, 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Items not picked up by 6:00 will be donated. No reminder phone calls will be made.
Items accepted include: Clothing, costumes, toys, books, puzzles, games, movies, computer and video games, accessories, shoes, bedding, receiving blankets, furniture, car seats (manufactured in 2004 and after or expiration date of 2009 or later), high chairs, pack-n-plays, baby entertainment items such as exercisers, swings and bouncy seats, bath tubs, maternity clothes, strollers, and other items are welcome. Food and formula items will not be accepted.   
All items should be in good condition without obvious excessive wear. All items must be clean!

Clothing       
* SPRING and SUMMER only- NO coats, heavy clothing (light sweaters accepted), or Fall and Winter items.
**We will not be taking any formals or pageant gowns**
* NO stains or tears
* Freshly laundered, ironed if needed and on hangers
* All buttons attached
* Zippers in working condition
* Accessories may be put in a zip top bag and attached to the hanger
Sizes                
* Boys - newborn to size 20
* Girls - newborn to size 16 and junior sizes (odd numbers- 0,1,3,5, etc.)
* Please use "junior boys" or "junior girls" category for junior sized clothing
* No women's or misses sizes except maternity
Toys                
* Working batteries must be included
* Toys that do not work will not be offered for sale
* Please put loose pieces in zip-top bags and tape securely to toy
* All pieces must be included or noted in detail on tag
* Toys including lots of pieces (train sets, building sets, etc.), if not in original
packaging, should be in see through containers or have a picture of item attached
* All packaging should be securely sealed.

Books/            
* Must be in good and working condition and Videos must be in original sleeve
Movies/           
* Movies must be rated G, PG, or PG13 and will be accepted at our
Video                 
discretion.
Games             
* Computer/Video games must be rated E.
Limits             
* 5 pairs of shoes per seller

* 100 pieces per seller of Infant sizes newborn to 24 months.
* Stuffed toys must be movie or TV characters only.
* Only crib and toddler size beds and mattresses

Tags               
* If you are donating items after sale, please also discount on Saturday
* No Small, Medium, or Large sizing (except for Maternity). A number
size must be on tag. If label on clothing is marked S/M/or L, please
use your best judgment in choosing a number size.
* Items not tagged properly may be refused.
* Please pin tag according to diagram with safety pins only.
* Tags Must Be Printed and Pricing cannot be changed after Midnight on Monday
March 22nd.

Pricing * The guideline is 1/4 of the original price if the item has average wear.
* Items that are in great condition or new may be priced at approximately
1/3 the original price.
* When selling at a consignment sale, you can expect to get more than you
would at a yard sale.
* Ask yourself if you would pay that price for the item if you were buying it
at a consignment sale.
* Prices must be in increments of $.50 with a minimum price of $1.00.

Half Price * All items will be sold at the full price marked on Friday.
* Items checked for discount will be sold at 1/2 the marked price on
Saturday.
* Items not checked for discount will remain at the full marked price.

Payment * Sellers receive 70% of their sales.
* Checks will be mailed within 2 weeks of the sale.
* Tax deduction receipt for the 30% donation will be mailed with checks.
Containers* Please leave at least one plastic tub, clothes basket, or box with seller # and last name in permanent marker.                                                                                                                        
* Do not leave any lids.

*Please remember, this is a church sale and items should not create a conflict with the values represented.
Registration fee is non-refundable.
